PROBLEM:
When installing/upgrading Traverse the installation/upgrade does not complete or completes with errors.
This article is designed to assist any installation issue enabling debug
SOLUTION:
- Determine the Windows Directory (c:\Windows typically)
run: C:\Program Files (x86)\systeminfo
- Create a file ia_debug.2 under the Windows directory
- Run the installer and you will see debug windows coming up, just click "Ok" to move forward,
