How to force a test event to be generated

RESOLUTION:


From time to time, it is necessary to force a change in test status (say from OK to Critical). This also causes a test event to be generated.

 Steps:
* Identify a device on the system
* Identify a test on the device (typically Packet Loss)
* force the test to go critical (change the thresholds and lowering them to a value such that the test results under normal circumstances now exceed the critical threshold)
