Tip: Uninstall Traverse on Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows 10

PROBLEM:
Uninstalling Traverse on Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows 10 stalls or freezes

SOLUTION:

Please navigate to
* TRAVERSE_HOME\uninstall
* Right click on 'Uninstall Kaseya Traverse' and select Properties
* in the Properties dialog box, click the Compatibilty tab
* Under 'Compatibility Mode'
    check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:'
* In the dropdown, select Windows 7
* Click OK

Next, run the program using 'Run As Administrator'

* right click on 'Uninstall Kaseya Traverse'
* click 'Run as administrator'
* complete the uninstall
