Are tape barcodes supported?

SUMMARY

This article explains the Unitrends versions that support tape barcodes, explains the feature, and links to additional documentation.

ISSUE

Tape barcodes are supported on Unitrends appliances with version 7.2.0 and later. This feature allows the appliance to view the tape library to determine tape locations for tapes with barcodes. For details, see Archiving to Tape in the Unitrends Recovery-Series and UEB Administrator's Guide.
