ISSUE

Data copy access job failure may occur when the job contains multiple VMware backups with similar instance IDs.
E.g. If Backup A has the ID "17" and Backup B has the ID "171," both backups will fail to start when the data copy access job runs. 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade your appliance to version 10.2.
