Description

A completely new instance of a virtual machine can be created in a VMware or Hyper-V environment through the use of a VMware backup (to create a new virtual machine in VMware), a Hyper-V backup (to create a new virtual machine in Hyper-V), or a file-level backup (to create a new virtual machine in either VMware or Hyper-V).
