SUMMARY

Hyper-V file-level recovery may fail with fusectar errors when random access mode is enabled.

ISSUE

This issue is associated with the following symptoms:
The recovery object is successfully created, but attempts to recover files result in an unsuccessful restore job that cannot be canceled. The error message "In wbUI, no CIFS or ISCI path presented." is observed and fusectar errors are present in the fuse logs. 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade your appliance to version 10.3 or later.
