When I use Live Search against an email address or domain, I get the following error:

There are two possible explanations.
- It may already be monitored by another ID Agent partner. Please contact your customer to let them know.
- It can be a government agency or affiliate. We currently sell monitoring of government agency/affiliates as a separate service, please contact your Account Manager.
