You get the message 'Your search includes a sensitive or protected domain or address' when you run a Live Data Search

When you run a Live Data Search and get the message 'Your search includes a sensitive or protected domain or address', it indicates that another ID Agent partner is already monitoring that domain in our platform.

All domains setup in the monitoring side of our site is protected from live searches as a kind of deal registration. If the domain(s) that you are trying to run searches on belongs to an active paying client of yours we can help you get those domains added to your portal and removed from the other partner's portal.

In order to do that, you will need a piece of proof in order to move forward. A copy of an invoice for the service or an email from the domain owner would be considered proof that you can share with your Account Manager (AM) or Channel Success Manager (CSM) directly.
