Yes, both Spanning Administrators and Spanning licensed end users in your Microsoft 365 tenant can log into Spanning Backup to restore any backed up data. Licensed end users can only access their own backed up data and restore it back into their own account. While Spanning Administrators have access to User Backups, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
