How to migrate to UniView 2.0 from VSA/Uniview 1.0

1. Create a Profile in UniView 2.0 Portal:

   Before starting the migration process, partners need to create a profile in the UniView 2.0 portal. To gain access to the portal, partners should reach out to their Account Manager. The UniView portal is free of charge.

2. Migration Steps:

   • • Log into VSA 9/UniView 1.0 and go to the 'SaaS Backup' or 'Office 365' module, then select 'Customers.'
     • Click on the "Migrate" button to initiate the migration process.
     • You will be directed to the login screen for UniView 2.0. Log in to UniView to start migrating your clients.

3. Migration Duration:

   The migration process can take anywhere from one to 24 hours to complete for all clients.
