What’s Supported
Spanning Backup for Salesforce includes full backup and restore functionality for most Salesforce objects and metadata used by nonprofit organizations, including:

Nonprofit-specific structures (e.g., households, donations, campaigns)

Spanning performs automated daily backups, as well as on-demand backups, and allows for granular restore options at the object, record, or field level. These features are available to nonprofit Salesforce customers just as they are to commercial organizations.
⚠ Known Limitation
Currently, there is one known limitation affecting some nonprofit customers:

ActionableListMember
This object is only available in newer versions of the Salesforce API that Spanning does not currently support. As a result, records of this type are not included in backup or restore operations.
We are actively monitoring this issue and evaluating support for this object in a future release. It does not affect core nonprofit functionality or the vast majority of records backed up through Spanning.
