Issue:
When trying to open QuickView by hovering over the agent icon, an "oops" error is received.
Resolution:
By default, the agentHoverDelay value in adminDefaults table is 1100. It has been found that lowering that number for the partition that's experiencing the "oops" error, has reliably made the error go away. (recommendation is 300 to 500)
To make this change, Navigate to System > User Settings > Preferences
