Network Monitor Module Not Available [SaaS]

Question:

I am on SaaS but I get the following message when I navigate to the Network Monitor module.

Our SaaS servers run checks in the background that check if Network Monitor is activated. This check includes verifying if a network has been scanned in the Discovery > Networks > By Network page. If no networks have been scanned, then the Network Monitor module will show the error message.

Answer:

Run a discovery scan on a network in the Discovery > Networks > By Network page. You can review the documentation page for instructions on how to run the scan. Our engineering team is currently working on implementing a page with a meaningful message with further instructions instead of showing the gray error screen.

If you have already run a network scan and you still see the gray error screen, please submit a support ticket so support can investigate and troubleshoot the issue.
