In KNMi , why the NOC options in NOC tab is missing ?

Answer

By Default  NOC is not configured  and you will need to create an NOC that you can use for each Network  :

1. Navigate to Kaseya Network Monitor > Settings> NOC Configuration > Select View  Configuration Tab
2. Click New View button to create a New View
3. Type in View title 
4. Select Monitor Type Filter from the drop down list using the Select button
5. Click Save View button 
6. and Click Save
7. Navigate to the Gateway Node > Click Edit > Select  NOC tab 
8. and select the newly created View
