Non-Master Users are not able to see "Notes" via Quickview.

Problem: When opening Quickview for any agents, via "Notes", you will see the following message: "Access Denied".

Cause: The User Role in question does not have the required access rights enabled.

Resolution: You'll have to make sure that not only is the Quickview access rights added to the User Role in question but in order for non-master Users to see the notes, you'll have to have the following too: Info Center > Dashboard > Admin Notes:
