Non-Master Users are not able to see "Notes" via Quickview

Issue/Question: Why can't non-master Users see notes on agents; and they get the following message: "Access Denied"?



Cause: The User Role in question does not have the required access rights. You'll have to make sure that not only is the QuickView access rights added to it but in order for non-master Users to see the notes, you'll have to have the following too: Info Center > Dashboard > Admin Notes:
