Master user is unable to see content of shared and private cabinet

Problem:

I am logged in as a Master user but I am unable to see the contents of shared and private cabinet in Agent Procedure or Monitor Sets or Policy Management

Solution:

A master user should be able to see the contents under private and shared cabinet but when a master user logs in for the first time he may not be able to see all of these folders because kaseya has an option that needs to be selected in order to activate this feature.

Please browse to system>user settings>preferences
Please select the option "Show shared and private folder contents from all users - Master Admin Only"

Show shared and private folder contents from all users - Master Admin Only
If checked, a master role user has visibility of all shared and private folders. For private folders only, checking this box provides the master role user with all access rights, equivalent to an owner.
