PROBLEM:
All the users in my Kaseya system are being logged out every 10 minutes. How can I resolve this?
CAUSE:
The Log on policy is set to expire 10 minutes after a user logs in. Under the System tab > System Log, you will see that the logged on users expiration time will be set to be X minutes after the user logged in.
SOLUTION:
Under the System tab > Server Management > Log on Policy, change the number of Minutes of inactivity before a user session expires.
