How do I log into Kaseya using domain credentials?

ANSWER

To login to Kaseya using domain credentials, you must first deploy a Kaseya Agent to the Domain Controller, and then use “Agent - LAN Watch” to discover AD Users and Computer on the Domain.

For more information, login to the Kaseya Web UI, select the Agent Tab, select Lan Watch, select Help, then look at the section entitled Primary DC which will describe the discovery process.

There is also a link there to the “View AD Users“ help page that describes how to create Kaseya accounts that will allow you to login to Kaseya using your domain credentials.
