QUESTION

Why is the tax rate for Kaseya Cloud purchases?

ANSWER

Depending on your location, different tax rates may apply. The following tax rates were introduced on 1-Jan-14:

  • Irish customers are invoiced from Kaseya Limited: must pay VAT @ 23%
  • UK customers are invoiced from Kaseya International (UK) Limited: must pay VAT @ 20%
  • German customers are invoiced from Kaseya International Deutschland GmbH: must pay VAT @ 19%
  • Dutch customers are invoiced from Kaseya BV: must pay VAT @ 21%
  • US customers are invoiced from Kaseya US Sales: The tax depends on the local state regulations.
  • EU customers outside Ireland, UK, Germany and the Netherlands will be invoiced from Kaseya Limited and may be charged 23% if they do not provide a valid VAT number.
