As part of our continued investment in modern, unified endpoint management, Kaseya is retiring VSA 9. Customers are being migrated to Datto RMM, our primary recommended platform, with VSA 10 available as an alternate path where required.
Expected key dates
August 31, 2027
End of life. VSA 9 will be fully decommissioned and cease operation. All customers must have completed migration to Datto RMM or VSA 10 before this date.
What this means for you
- VSA 9 is a legacy platform. There is no further innovation roadmap for VSA 9, and only sustaining updates are being deployed until EOL date of August 31, 2027.
- Your account manager will work with you to confirm the recommended migration path for your environment.
- Datto RMM is the primary migration target for VSA 9 customers. VSA 10 is available as an alternate path if required for your environment.
- Support and guidance will be provided throughout the transition to help you complete migration successfully.
