Video Transcript:
This video is for the overview for the SaaS protection status page. This is the main landing page when you access your SaaS account.

It gives you a brief overview of what's been happening with the account itself.

You have your account information here and your seat information here, your backup status, and then below is the backup details for OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, or Teams. This will also be the same for Google as well.

From here, you can access pretty much everything that you need.

Active users, users fully protected in twenty four hours, how many backups are running, exports in progress, restores in progress, and last day fully protected.

On top here, you have status, which brings you to the same page.

Now, if it's time for restoring or exporting some of the data, you click on recovery.

Choose the service, and it will load the page based on the service and list of all users, which then you'll be able to select and choose what data you want to restore.

Next is seat management. This is where you're able to choose which user service you would like to protect.

You have users, mailbox, which is your shared mailboxes, sites is for your SharePoint, and teams is for teams.

Here's an example. When accessing users, it gives you the list of how many users are right here.

Here, you can search what users you are looking for. You can either choose to protect or unprotect or pause.

You have the option for auto add. So, any new users that come in will automatically be protected.

You also have a protect all button. If you have many users and need to protect everything, you can just click this button.

Next is the admin section.

Here you have manage administrators, reporting, and settings.

It's pretty simple. You're controlling which admins you can add to have access to the account.

Just click on add administrator, fill in information, and they will be able to log in and access this account.

This is your reporting landing page.

Here, are able to filter down what the account has been doing. You could check on all restores, exports, and backups.

You can generate a summary which gives you a breakdown of all the backups. How many backups there were, event by day, how many items were backed up in those same days.

You can also view event logs where you're able to see each individual run and its current status.

You also have options to filter down exactly what you're looking for.

You can even put in the user here that you want to look into.

Next is settings. This is pretty straightforward. You have your retention settings, your license cap, data workplace integrations, and backup online archive.

And that is the overview of the SaaS protection status page.
