Set Up Daily Email Reports
Log in to the Datto portal.
Click Status.
Select SaaS Protection Status.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to add organization.
Click Configure Daily Backup Reports.
Choose:
All Organizations
OR select specific organizations.
Enter the email address to receive reports.
Click Add, then Save.
You will now receive daily access and success reports by email.
How to Download Reports Manually
Go to Status > SaaS Protection.
Click Download Backup Reports.
A spreadsheet will download with details for all SaaS clients.

In this video, we're going to be able to show you how to load and access daily access logs for your SaaS protection clients.
Going to the portal, click on status and SaaS protection. Click on the three dots and click on configure daily backup reports. Here, can choose to have all organizations or select ones. Put in the email address you want.
Hit add, and then hit save, and then every day you will get daily access and daily success reports. You can also click on download backup reports manually. It will up a spreadsheet showing you everything about all of your SaaS clients.
