The list of users who can perform on-page restores in Spanning Backup is controlled by the Salesforce administrator. Access is granted by properly configuring the SpanningRestore connected app, adding the SpanningRestore connected app to the desired User Profiles, and configuring page layouts to include the Spanning restore button.
