The Passly team released an update to the Passly SSO Sign-On Assistant browser extension. You can find the release notes here.
We have changed how the Browser injection works.
When you access "My Passwords" via your tenant login https://(companyname).my.passly.com you will have access to Shared Vaults and your own Individual Vault. If you have created a password record with the type "Web Password" you will be able to inject the credentials via browser login. However users need to select the credential on the login page to complete the injection.
Tenant login
Using web-injection from "My Passwords" via the tenant login.
- Navigate to https://(companyname).my.passly.com and select My Passwords.
- Select the the Vault you wish to access.
- Select the Password record Name
- Select the Website Url:
You will notice your browser open to a new tab. The tab should open to the URL from your previous selection.
- Select the Passly icon to select the possible credentials to inject.
- Once you select the credential, simply select the login/submit button on the website to be logged in.
Browser Extension
Using web-injection from "My Passwords" via Browser Extension.
- Open Chrome, Edge (Chromium Core) or Firefox.
- Log in to the extension if prompted.
- select My Passwords.
- Select the the Vault you wish to access.
- Select the Password record Name
- Select the Website Url:

- Select the Passly icon to select the possible credentials to inject.
- Once you select the credential, simply select the login/submit button on the website to be logged in.
