Kaseya has made the difficult decision to retire the Identity & Access Management suite known as Passly. Passly once known as AuthAnvil was the first product in the Kaseya security suite. We are very thankful for all our customers' support over the years.

Access and use of Passly will not be possible after Dec. 31st, 2025.

All agents and integrations should be disabled before Dec. 31st, 2025.
We suggest that users and endpoints are migrated no later than Nov. 30th, 2025, to prevent downtime and security lapses.
We will continue to assist our customers as they migrate to new solutions. compatible with the Kaseya IT Complete stack

Why did Kaseya make this decision?
When Passly (formerly AuthAnvil) launched there were very few 2FA/SSO products and virtually NONE that integrated with common MSP tools. We built the most cost-effective product we could for the time.
Today there are a myriad of 2FA/SSO products – many of which are free.
We believe Passly achieved its goal of making inexpensive 2FA/SSO available to all to secure credentials, and now pass the baton to others.
Kaseya will continue to support Passly until Dec. 31st, 2025

Data migration
If you are moving to another solution here is what you can do to migrate.

Auth Manager – There is no data to download in relation to the Agents or Logs.

Directory Manager - There is no data to download in relation to the Agents, Users, Groups or settings.

SSO Manager - There is no data to download in relation to the SAML Apps.

Passly Endpoint removal
Please review this article for steps on removing Passly endpoints.
Subscription Renewals
Kaseya will be happy to process your subscription renewals up till Dec. 31st, 2025. No renewals will occur past the shutdown date.
Adding users
Kaseya will still process and support increases to your seat count. If you need to add additional seats, please contact your Account Manager for a quote.
Note: When the quote is processed your subscription end date will not be able to extend past Dec. 31st, 2025, under any circumstances.
