Windows Logon Agent: /authorize/token request fails with Trust Policies and Trusted Device (leads to offline mode not working). This issue is now resolved, we have cleaned up the back-end to resolve this issue.

Note: In order to resolve the issue with Offline access failing a new agent will need to be deployed to each affected Windows Server/Desktop/Laptop/Workstation. Please download and re-install the most recent Windows Logon Agent to resolve this issue.
