Security Improvements
We have made some changes to increase product security. These changes included updated software packages as well proactive changes to legacy infrastructure.
IT Complete
- AutoTask PSA Integration – An issue occurred where the subscription usage data was not being delivered to AutoTask via the Billing integration. This issue is resolved, and customers should see the expected data available again.
- Directory Manager > Users - An issue occurred where a customer was experiencing issues with the "Forgot Password" functionality in Passly. Users attempting to reset passwords via email receive a generic "An error has occurred" message. Admins can reset passwords through the admin console, but these changes do not sync automatically with Active Directory (AD), Office 365, and Passly, requiring manual updates.
This issue is now resolved in production. No changes are needed by customers as this was a back-end change to Passly.
