Installing the VSA agent on an Azure Virtual Machine requires the following:
1. The virtual machine is running an agent-compatible OS, details here.
2. The following permissions are enabled:
MicrosoftCompute/virtualMachines/extensions Read permission
MicrosoftCompute/virtualMachines/extensions Write permission
MicrosoftCompute/virtualMachines/extensions Delete permission
NOTE: The above permissions are inherited by default if utilizing the 'Owner' role during configuration.
