Not seeing new server in Unitrends console for creating a backup plan after installing agent on server.

ISSUE

After installing the Client Agent on my Server, I do not see it on the Unitrends system.

RESOLUTION

Adding the Client Agent is part 1 of a 2 part process. Now that you have added the Client to the server you want to protect... Click on CONFIGURE > Click the Protected Assets tab > Click the Add button. Here, select the ADD button then click Asset. Uncheck the Install Agent (Windows Only), then complete the rest.00:50:42
