Attempts to back up AzMan as a VM may result in errors

ISSUE

Attempts to back up AzMan as a VM may result in the following error message: 

CBTDriverError:uvbCbtRemoveVDFromTracking:: 20000022 <CBT_VM_NOT_EXIST>
CBTDriverError:uvbCbtSnapshotCreationStarted:: 20000022 <CBT_VM_NOT_EXIST>
Due to previous error, Unitrends agent is not able to use the Hyper-V CBT filter driver during backup job for VM {HOST COMPONENT}: all files will be backed up as full not change blocks.

 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade your protected assets to version 10.0.0-3 of the Windows agent. 

In previous agent versions, when AzMan was backed up, the agent would log an error message in the windows event log, even though it successfully backed up AzMan. In 10.0.0-3, AzMan is successfully backed up without logging an error message in the windows event log.
