Hot bare metal backups on Windows 2000 clients fail

To enable usnaps:

Open the Unitrends Agent menu from your Start menu > All Programs > Unitrends Agent. Click Options > Snapshot Properties and select Enable.

A reboot of the windows client is required to enable this feature.

Also ensure that you have roughly 15% free disk space, the drives are basic and formatted as NTFS

Usnaps is not enabled, you do not have enough disk space, or your drives are not in the proper configuration.
