Agent Not Active on Asset



You may receive UI alerts that indicates a client is no longer listening to connections and/or the agent is not active on an asset.

Possible Causes

  • Unitrends Agent is not properly installed on the server / asset
  • The agent service is not running
  • The agent service is not actively listening on port 1743


  • Verify the Unitrends Agent is installed on the server
  • Verify the agent service is running and listening on port 1743.
