[Animated Tutorial] How to Run an On-Demand Full Backup

SUMMARY

Steps to start a backup job now which is not part of a schedule

ISSUE

A new full backup is required for a protected asset which either needs to be run now or is not on the current schedule.

For detailed instructions, see Creating backup jobs in the Administrator Guide.

RESOLUTION

TASKS

1. Navigate to the Protect tab

2. Select "Backup"

3. Select a Protected Asset and click Next

4. Under Job Detail where you can select when to run this job select "Now" and then click Save.  If desired you may view the active jobs when done.
