Windows backups failing after upgrading agent to 9.2

SUMMARY

Backup previously reporting warnings prior to agent 9.2 now report failure

ISSUE

The 9.2.0-2 agent was changed to fail any backup job that skips a file or cannot backup a file.

RESOLUTION

1. Identify the files causing the backup to file.  If the number of failing fails is lengthy, use the article How to find skipped files in a "Yellow"(warning) backup to identify the full list of affected files.
2. A file may skipped for various reasons such as file permissions, invalid or corrupt files names or corrupt files.  Each file should be reviewed to determine the appropriate action.
3. If the file or files are not required for system restore or business production, they may be added to the protected assets exclusion list (or be removed from inclusion).
