Backup previously reporting warnings prior to agent 9.2 now report failure
The 9.2.0-2 agent was changed to fail any backup job that skips a file or cannot backup a file.
- Identify the files causing the backup to file. If the number of failing fails is lengthy, use the article How to find skipped files in a "Yellow"(warning) backup to identify the full list of affected files.
- A file may skipped for various reasons such as file permissions, invalid or corrupt files names or corrupt files. Each file should be reviewed to determine the appropriate action.
- If the file or files are not required for system restore or business production, they may be added to the protected assets exclusion list (or be removed from inclusion).
