Adding a Yubikey Authenticator

As of AuthAnvil On-Demand release 2017H Authenticator support is now available for HOTP for Standard / Neo / Yubikey 4. (AAOD was the previous brand name for Passly)

Note: This authenticator only supports generation of a one time password.

Note: This authenticator is an x64 (64 bit) only installer.
Note: Yubikeys will not work with a Windows Logon agent offline mode. WLA's offline will require the user to use an iOS or Android Authenticator.
