Reset MFA for new device


How do I reset MFA for a new device?


Any System/Admin user can reset the 2FA login by navigating to System >Server Management > Logon Policy > Two Factor Authentication Settings section, select the user account, and remove the enrollment.
On the next login, the user in question will be prompted to set up 2FA by scanning a QR code.
