I am trying to scan my network using Kaseya Discovery but the LAN Watch Deployment procedure fails with error No Managed File, no content found.
It appears the Kaseya Server is missing this folder.
Please unzip the attached file and place it in the location indicated in the error message:
<Kaseya Server install letter>:\Kaseya\WebPages\ManagedFiles\vsahiddenfiles\LanWatch
where <Kaseya Server install letter> is the drive letter where your Kaseya Server is installed, e.g. C:
If you have a resident anti-virus scanner, please add this folder to the local resident scanning exclusion.
