Problem
Even the probe is installed and schedule is configure, discovery doesn't seem to be harvesting properly
Solution
1. Verify you have The Directory Services Feature Set (http://help.kaseya.com/WebHelp/EN/KDIS/1000000/index.asp#11058.htm)
2. If you don't have Discovery Services, verify the probe is installed in the Directory Server and not in a Directory member. This is required by Discovery-Domains when it is run without the feature pack.
2a. If this is the case, please install the probe in the Directory Server and run the full-sync again.
3. If you have the feature pack and this is still an issue, please open a ticket with support for further troubleshooting.
