Unitrends EndPoint Backup: Failed to authorize ITC user: Failed OpenID authorize: Request failed with status: "400 Bad Request"

 

 

SUMMARY

 

When attempting to log in to the Unitrends EndPoint Backup portal, the error below is seen.

 

 

ISSUE

The latest KaseyaOne integration is not compatible with Unitrends EndPoint Backup.

 

RESOLUTION

The EndPoint Backup portal is still accessible directly through direct.backup.net using non-KaseyaOne credentials. 

Contact out to your account management team to discuss upgrading to the new, updated Endpoint Backup solution to take advantage of all the latest features!
