ISSUE

Backup copies to Unitrends Cloud targets may experience multiple unsuccessful retries, potentially resulting in an absence of recent recovery points. This issue is most commonly observed when multiple backup copy jobs run concurrently.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade your appliance to version 10.2.
