[Animated Tutorial] How to License a Unitrends Backup Appliance

SUMMARY

How to use your activation code to add a license to your appliance

ISSUE

You have a new deployment or an appliance which needs to have its license applied

TASKS

1. Navigate to Configure > Appliances

2. Select your appliance and click Edit

3. Click on the License tab

4. Click Update, this should open a new tab, if not please enable pop-ups and try again.

5. On the new tab select "Activate My Purchase" and fill in your email address and activation code.

6. Return to the license tab and click "Add License Info"

7. Enter your License Key, Expiration Date (unless "none" is specified, in that case leave it blank), and Feature String, that you received from Unitrends then click Save
