Unitrends customers that have purchased the Platinum Support Service are granted full access to all Unitrends Support self-service options and privileges. Platinum customers are able to contact the Unitrends Customer Support Center 24x7 for live support.
Evaluation Support (Includes 30-Day Trial and NFR Users)
The users who are evaluating the Unitrends Enterprise Backup solution are granted full access to all Unitrends Support self-service options and privileges. Evaluation users are able to contact the Unitrends Customer Support Center from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET) for live support (excluding Weekends and Holidays).
