ISSUE

An alert was producted showing an inventory sync was completed with warning(s).
 

1. Click on the gears icon at the top right.
2. Click the inventory sync button
3. Just below that to see a summary why this alert occurred.

"Sync failed on server(s): SQLServerName(SQL Server 2017)."

RESOLUTION

1. Navigate to Configure > Protected Assets > select your server > Edit > Save
2. Now, select the Gear in the upper right corner.
3. From the drop-down list, select Inventory Sync to perform an inventory sync.
