Unable to apply a registration code or a promo code

SUMMARY

Selecting the Update button does not show the registration page

When navigating to selecting the License > Upgrade screen to apply a new SRN number or promo code, the registration page is not shown.

Select your asset > Edit > License > Update

Make sure pop-ups are allowed.

Pop-up blockers will prevent the next screen from displaying.
