This is the error message that happens when ticketing has been disabled for a particular site, which currently is a setting that ONLY exists in the old UI within site settings for a particular site (not the general Autotask settings)
Turn it on and they should be good
Autotask PSA Integration: ERROR: Ticket creation skipped as AT PSA ticket integration currently disabled for this site
