Audit Issues: How do audit's collect Installed Software?

RMM searches the below two registry locations (recursively) and collects anything found that has a "DisplayName" and "DisplayVersion"
- HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
- HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\

Note – any software found by audit or software management can always be traced to one of these locations. Finding it as above can be very helpful for troubleshooting lots of issues.
Note – It's rare, but if a program has the following property, our audit will skip over it. These programs won't be able to be found if this property is present:
