KDCB Cloud Backup InternalServerError

Problem 

Once you upload the (KDCB) Cloud Backup VSAZ file into the VSA and go through the setup wizard the following error is encountered: InternalServerError.

Cause

This means that your account has not been provisioned yet and/or the cloud target not deployed. 

Resolution or Workaround

You can either wait until the onboarding email is sent from our system, typically 3-4 business days, which means the account and target are all set. Or, you can reach out to your Account Manager and/or Support Team to get a status update or expedite.
