Rules, Rapid Response, and Real-Time Reaction: Reining In Risk with Datto EDR

 

This masterclass provides a deep dive into Datto EDR rule-based detection and rapid response, focusing on how behavioral rules are used to recognize risky activity, reduce response lag, and reinforce real-world incident readiness. Datto EDR detection rules act as behavioral logic that generate rule-based alerts, can be selectively enabled or customized, and follow the workflow defined by the operator. 


Attendees will review how to respond with precision using Datto EDR response actions such as host isolation, process termination, file quarantine, force system reboot, and evidence recovery, while also understanding where
