Dark Web ID Workflow

In Passly v7.2.4 the Darkweb ID integration we deepened to include a new workflow.

To configure the Dark Web ID features please follow these steps.

 

Password Server Vault Scan

If you would like to scan your Password Server Vaults users in the Administrator role will see a new option.

  1. Log into your Passly Tenant, https://(CompanyName).my.passly.com
  2. Select Integration Manager.

  3. Select Dark Web ID.

  4. Select Scan Now.

  5. Select the Vault you would like to scan.
    Note: You may only scan one vault at a time.

  6. Select Scan Now.

To review your compromised password records navigate to the vault you scanned previously to reveal the result.

Note: Selecting Expire password will make the password as "Expired" and add it to the Password Reminders list.

Note: IF you expire a password that is linked to a Sync agent, that agent will trigger automation to change the password per the policy applied.

 

Block Compromised Passwords in Vaults

This option will allow a Passly Administrator to block the entry of dark web compromised passwords from being entered in their Password Server.

To enable this function follow these steps.

  1. Log into your Passly Tenant, https://(CompanyName).my.passly.com
  2. Select Integration Manager.

  4. Select enable on "Block compromised Passwords from being entered in existing Vaults"
